Vanilla for Extraction

Extracted vanilla flavour made by extraction of vanilla beans by alcohol (or with a non alcoholic extraction fluid), is a very fine and delicate product. But such a flavour has two disadvantages: very expensive and rather weak.

We have developed a vanilla special for extraction purpose which give a much stronger flavour at a lower price.

This is possible due to the fact that we use besides natural ground vanilla beans also a synthetic part. The result is fantastic, but in all honesty the extract obtained with our product can only be called “partly natural”.
