A mixture of ground natural vanilla beans and a vanilla flavouring. Such a combination has unusual merits for the industrial user:
- Much cheaper than vanilla powder made by beans only.
- Dual taste:
Both from the natural beans and from the flavouring.
- Attractive label declaration:
On the label of the finished product the producer may write “Made with Natural Vanilla”, of course next to the declaration of “aroma” or “flavour”.
- Dark specs:
If the finished product is light in colour, the darks specs of the ground vanilla are a proof that natural vanilla has been used.
Works very well in ice cream, yoghurt, pudding, cake etc.
